Third Thursday Update [November] — Fulfillment Update and Misprint

Hello backers,
Another Third Thursday rolls around and we have a few things to talk about here. We will be going over some Fulfillment Updates, talking about the timeline for Delayed Guilty Party Orders, and addressing a Misprint in the game.
Fulfillment Updates (For Tea Trolley orders ~50%)
Asia / Rest of World: Delivery Complete.
Europe: Delivery Complete.
United Kingdom: Delivery Complete.
United States / Central & South America: Orders have started shipping this week. Please look for a tracking email from Miniature Market.
Canada: Games have arrived at the Canadian warehouse and should be shipping within the next two weeks.
Australia / New Zealand: Games have arrived at the Australian warehouse and should be shipping within the next two weeks.
Delayed Guilty Party Orders (For non-Tea Trolley orders ~50%)
A reminder that the handkerchiefs were not packaged inside of the Guilty Party core game by mistake. As such we are holding Guilty Party orders to get the handkerchiefs into folks' shipments rather than have to ship each of these orders twice.
Asia / Rest of World: Reshipments should now have been sent.
Europe: The handkerchiefs have arrived and the missing pledges will be sent out shortly.
United Kingdom: The handkerchiefs have arrived in France and will be sent to Zatu in our next shipment. Fulfillment of these missing pledges will then begin at that time.
United States / Central & South America: Orders are awaiting the arrival of the handkerchiefs on the next container (early January estimate) before shipping out.
Canada: This container was sent later than the other containers so already includes the handkerchiefs. The Guilty Party orders will ship out with the Tea Trolley orders over the next two weeks.
Australia / New Zealand: Orders are awaiting the arrival of the handkerchiefs on the next container (mid January estimate) before shipping out.
Misprint
Lastly, we have been made aware of a misprint in the game. For the 4-player game, you are supposed to use 1x Murder Weapon and 4x Not-Guilty cards. For the 5-player game, you are supposed to use 2x Murder Weapons and 3x Not-Guilty cards. The production copy ended up being made with only 3x Not-Guilty cards. We are disappointed in this and currently looking at restructuring our approvals process in a way that will minimize this type of mistake moving forward.
That said, the cost of adding an additional reprint of cards and sending out 600 extra packages is too great here - with the scope of this project, those costs are just too high.
Since with an additional explanation to your players, your game remains fully playable at 4-players, we are going to ask that you join us in this small modification:
At 4-players, use 1x Poison, 1x Knife, and 3x Not-Guilty cards. For the 4-player version of the game, the Knife can simply be another Not-Guilty card. That player was just cutting the Ham Sandwiches! While the addition of an exception-based rule like this is not ideal, we hope you can get behind creating this narrative exception with us when getting the game to the table with 4 players.
We will look at reprinting some of the Not-Guilty cards and have them available at conventions in the future.

Third Thursday Update [October] - Delivery Update and Handkerchiefs

Hello backers!
Last update a backer mentioned that it was unclear whether you had to submit a request for the handkerchiefs. You do not - we will send them to the same address we sent your copy of Guilty Party. If you are moving or have any other reason to contact us, please do so at the bottom of this update.
Here’s the current status for each hub
Asia - Complete.
EU - Some orders are on hold (see above).
UK - Awaiting confirmation from Zatu about progress. Will update when received in a comment on this update.
US- At the US Warehouse. In fulfillment queue. Some orders are on hold (see above).
AUS- On the water, set to arrive at the port October 22nd. Shipments to begin in November. Some orders are on hold (see above)
CAN- The container is on the water and should arrive at the facility around the end of the month or early next month, depending how the journey goes. Orders will then ship out without needing to be put on hold as this container already has the missing handkerchiefs in it.

Third Thursday Update [September] - Mailing Status (and Handkerchiefs)

Hello guests,
As some of you have seen or maybe even have in hand, Elevenses has begun fulfillment in Europe.
We, unfortunately, found an issue with some of the copies already arriving, and that is that the handkerchiefs were not packed with Guilty Party, only with the Trolley Box bundles.
Because of that, orders with Guilty Party (non-Trolley box edition) have been put on hold while we get ahold of more handkerchiefs. Once we have those at our warehoue fulfillment will resume in the EU/UK.
US, CAN, and AUS hubs will also have Guilty Party (non-Trolley box edition) orders on hold until they can get the missing pieces as well.
If the handkerchiefs aren’t a concern to you and you're eager to get your game, please submit a ticket (link below) and we’ll release your order as-is.
Fortunately, even with this delay we still expect to have games out to the affected backers in November as we originally planned.
Here’s the current status for each hub
- Asia- Complete
- EU- 72% complete. Some orders are on hold (see above)
- UK- To begin in October
- US- Arriving at the US warehouse in late September. Fulfillment to begin in October.
- AUS- On the water, set to arrive at the warehouse in mid-October.
- CAN- Container to leave in October.
We're excited to see Elevenses hitting more dinner tables and hope you all enjoy the game with a fresh cup of tea.

Address Confirmation Emails

Address Confirmation (the Americas, Europe, and Australia)
As containers approach and global delivery comes closer, we would like you all to now confirm your addresses. Our new Address Confirmation system links directly with the warehouse, to make sure we can get correct addresses and not send additional packages. This allows us to keep things open for you to update your address a bit longer as any changes will feed directly to the system that generates your labels instead of sitting in our pledge manager software and needing to be downloaded, formatted, and uploaded again through the chain of people.
These are being sent out starting today to the email address on your BackerKit page. Please look for an email from [email protected] (please check your spam folders too!)
The warehouse won’t send out your order until they’ve received this confirmation of the address.
Even with email reminders and holding open address confirmations until shortly before mailing out pledges, we have on average 3-5% of pledges returned due to a bad address. While that’s a single-digit number, it's still a lot of extra time and cost. Our hope is that this new integration directly between you and the warehouse will lower this significantly.

Once games are received in France, the stock is sent from Surfin’ Meeple to Zatu Games. This generally puts UK fulfillment at about 2 weeks behind the rest of European fulfillment.
United States/South & Central America:
