Thanks to all backers for making The Guilty Party happen!
Hello to all! This update is to let everyone know that we now consider the fulfilment of Elevenses: Guilty Party to be completed. There may still be a few games en route to backers, but the fulfilment hubs have completed their formal work. If you are still missing something by the end of this week, please submit a customer service ticket (www.grailgames.games/contact) and our logistics team will help you out.
This doesn't mean we are turning out the lights! We will still be checking comments and messages here, so if you have any questions or issues, please let us know :)

Final fulfilment imminent
Dear Guilty Party backers, I know many of you have had to wait for the final fulfilment, but now it's finally almost tea time! All outstanding deliveries have begun going out the door.
Notes:
- We use different partners in different regions but you should receive email notifications. Some of you will recieve emails asking you to confirm your address first. Please do so :)
- Please wait a couple of weeks before letting us know if you suspect your delivery is late or missing. The best way to do this is to enter a customer service ticket, here: https://www.grailgames.games/contact

Greetings backers!
We hope the month of February has been a good one for you so far. For those of you who have received your game(s), there is nothing new to report here, except to say thank you, and we hope you are enjoying a spot of tea with the Elevenses series :)
Fulfillment update:
US pledges:
We are still waiting on your promo items to meet up with your games. That shipment should be getting to port around the 17th. With travel to the warehouse, counting, and receiving the stock, we should see orders start to be mailed out in March!

Hello again backers!
My name is David Harding, and after two years away from the gaming industry, I am back at the head of Grail Games. I formed the company in 2014 and I am so excited to be back for our tenth birthday year :) Grail wouldn't have been born without our fabulous Kickstarter backers and our supreme gratitude for your support continues to today - thanks so much for backing Elevenses and I can't wait for you to have it in your hands, if you don't already!
Many thanks to the team who has looked after all our games, projects, and queries in the past two years, especially Billy who has been the one writing you updates here for Guilty Party :)
Fulfillment update
Australia and New Zealand orders with handkerchiefs have now shipped out, so the last remaining hub is the U.S. hub. The handkerchiefs are on the next container, which appears like it will head out closer to the beginning of February, rather than January as we hoped in the last update. We will keep you in the loop and update you on February 15th. We hope that will be our final update, with all the games in backer hands by that point.

Note: We have received a few reports from some backers about getting an error message after submitting a ticket. We are looking into this and haven’t been able to consistently replicate it. The one time we did replicate it, the ticket was still successfully created. Please attempt to use this tool and inform us via message if you have any difficulties. Kickstarter messages are not monitored as actively as the ticketing software, so please use that if possible.

Third Thursday Update [December] — Handkerchiefs

Hi backers,
The only thing we are still waiting on is the handkerchiefs.
U.S. & Central / South America:
In the last update, we said this container would likely be on the water in January - we are looking more towards the end of January at this point. We will update you folks on our regular January 18th timeslot.
Australia & New Zealand:
Handkerchiefs should be arriving at the warehouse before the end of the year. After stock validation, we expect these pledges to be moving by the middle of January.
